When processing with your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date

Order Processing Time:

Your order will be processed within 24 hours of placing the order and will be shipped within 1-5 business days after placing the order. If you order on Saturday or Sunday (including holidays), then your order will be processed on the next working day. We only ship from Monday to Friday.

Shipping Area

Our delivery services are currently available to locations within the continental United States, United Kingdom,Australia,Canada.

Note: We will not deliver to other countries and regions.

Methods for shipping

We provide delivery services from warehouses in China through FedEx, USPS, DHL, 4px, and other express methods.

Standard Shipping(Order Amount Between $0.01 to $59.99): Will Charge 6.99$ 

Transit Time:

Shipping Time(US/CA/UK/AU): 10-15 Business Days 

Estimated arrival time = Order Processing Time (1-5 business days) + Transit Time(10-25 Business Days )

For example:

If you place an order from our store, we will deliver your product within 1 to 5 working days, and we will deliver the order to you according to your different delivery methods, the shipping time is about 10-25 working days , so the time to receive the order is about 10-30 working days, but this is only an estimated time.

Change of Delivery Address 

Note: We are able to change shipping address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please make sure to have your shipping address checked before checking out.

Order Cancellations

We don’t accept order cancellation over 24 hours after order confirmed. For any order cancellations, you may contact us on the provided contact details. All cancellations will be accepted given orders are not yet dispatched.

Return policies

If you’re not completely satisfied you can return the items within 30 days of the order date. We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for your order if the items were faulty. If you need a replacement, We can also reship to you in the first time.

Order tracking

The order status can be tracked by yourself. After your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email to inform you that your package has been shipped and is accompanied by the order’s tracking number. You can log it within 24 hours after receiving the email. Check your order on the official website, because it takes time for the logistics provider to update the information. If there is no update, you can send us an email to check the details

Tax collection

Our shop does not charge any taxes and fees. We only charge product fees and logistics fees. You can check the bill details on the payment page. If you are charged by the local post office, you will need to bear it yourself. We are not responsible for it.
